      There is nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      This company is mismanaged, they cannot handle their business in a way benefits their employees. They have an extremely high turnover and blame low level employees for mistakes and lack of training. They haven’t handled acquisitions well, and dump employees from those companies without a second thought. I would avoid this company at all costs, because it will just cause you your physical and mental health to work here.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
