We are happy you are enjoying the many great benefits FGF has to offer. It is important to us that we always have an open line of communication and have many communication channels to ensure our Team Members are receiving all the information they need. Every year a third party conducts our annual engagement survey where we ask a question on shift length preference. When polled our team always selects in favour of the 12-hour shift length, if we see that change in the future, we will make the changes that our team requests. Thank you for your response.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

Cons

Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
