It is important to us that we always have an open line of communication and have many communication channels to ensure our Team Members are receiving all the information they need. Every year a third party conducts our annual engagement survey where we ask a question on shift length preference. When polled our team always selects in favour of the 12-hour shift length, if we see that change in the future, we will make the changes that our team requests. Thank you for your response.
