      Benefits are ok compensation is low in Quality.

      Cons

      Overworked and no supplies at the plant and corporate. You will not succeed in this role and a high turnover rate of people in this department. After salary pay and all the extra hours you need to put in, you will make more at McDonald’s.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
