      BENEFITS WONDERFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT SPACIOUS OFFICES TECHNOLOGY. SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS REALLY HELPFUL AND A LOT TO LEARN. WITHOUT THEIR INFULENCE, MY MINDSET WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Thanks to Tejus, Ojus, Mohammad, and Martin for showing your valuable leadership and triggers my enthusiasm towards my career.

      SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE NOT GROWING YOU SKILLS. i WAS FEELING THAT I AM DOING REPETATIVE TASK AT MY OFFICE JOB INSTEAD OF LEARNING AT LEAST ONE THINGS A DAY. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING IS GOOD.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
