      -Company does nice events and usually has food if you work weekends - Electrical Team had friendly staff - Lots of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      - Lots of mandatory Overtime - Not necessarily a con but mostly Indian team. Can feel left out at times. - Pay could be higher for apprentices

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
