      I have observed certain issues with the job hiring process that concern me. It appears there may be biases influencing the decisions. I would appreciate a thorough review of the hiring practices to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates. And spreading gossips and fake news about something I find it very toxic

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
