      They hire immigrants which is good

      Cons

      Manufacturing VP is not very good. They are driven by behaviours not by facts. For these guys if yiu are from middle eastern countries then only you are worth otherwise they treat you as USELESS

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
