Pros

Enjoy "brown bags" presentation during lunch time when all employees are welcome to learn about FHI's programs in health research.

Cons

Management not held accountable for providing direction, training, opportunities. No discussions of career path - it's all based on who you know. New Ideas are not welcomed - advancement based on tenure even for poor performers; high performing new employees are not recognize as they are a threat to status quo.
