Pros

The company offers a lot of training opportunities Holds town hall meetings to inform employees of the company’s happenings

Cons

Too many layers of management makes it difficult to get things done Lot of backlogged work makes it frustrating for the member firms it tries to regulate For an organization that prides itself on investor protections, FINRA should do a better job fighting for it employee morale is low when hard work doesn’t lead to much

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are in the midst of transforming our Examination and Risk Monitoring program to make it more effective and efficient, relying heavily on feedback from current and former employees as well as member firms and other stakeholders. We believe the changes we are making will mitigate or eliminate the frustrations you mention, among many other improvements. If you have additional feedback, you can email glassdoor@finra.org.
