Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We agree with you that training is essential for the success of new employees, which is why the Enforcement department revised its training for new employees in January 2019. Now new Enforcement employees complete a six-month new hire training program. The program includes a checklist/roadmap with a director and peer mentoring throughout the first six months on the job and at regular intervals thereafter. We also offer several training opportunities a month to supplement the learning that occurs via the new hire program, on the job and over time. We hope these changes improve the experience for future employees.
