Pros

Room to grow and a lot opportunities to learn

Cons

Kind of far, If you live somewhere in the DMV area and plan to use public transportation the closest metro is Rockville Metro Station, the last stop in the red line. Now, given the climate of today it doesn't matter, most office workers are working remotely. The benefits would depend on the staffing agency you choose. Choose wisely.

The hybrid work schedule and the flexibility I am afforded in addition to excellent benefits.

Cons

Lots of folks don't do their job and aren't let go.

Pros

Some of the nicest and most helpful people, but fewer as they keep getting laid off or pushed out because of toxic leadership. The mission is a high priority for some. Great place to work for a very short time, then go.

Cons

Poor leadership, constantly changing without taking any time to understand impacts. Decisions only benefit a small group of friends who only respect other former FBI agents and their contributions. Morale is in the gutter and it comes off as intentional. Women are disappearing from management ranks and only tolerated as long as they are agreeable. People get resources based on popularity with the in group so some teams burn out while others have little to do.
