Pros
Great tech, most employees are smart and hardworking. Oppurtunities to learn outside of work.
Cons
Generally inept middle management and team-level leadership (there are some great directors/managers), few oppurtunites for career growth unless you are pre-selected to advance (younger, don't question anything, play politics with the right senior directors). Once you get about 2 years in and learn what you need to, there are way better oppurtinities in the industry for double the pay and half the hours.
