Pros

Varied and challenging technical work with lots of opportunities to work with and learn from senior engineers. Very flat organization structure allows for a lot of variety in what you work on with who.

Cons

The lack of clear organizational hierarchy can be confusing for new hires or people from a more traditionally structured company. This also makes potential career progression paths less clear. This isn't a significant issue however as you get to know the system, and leadership seems passionate about rewarding strong performers.
