FIS is a great place to work with a relaxed and supportive environment. Management encourages growth, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up or explore different career paths. I’ve seen a lot of people build long-term careers here, and the culture makes it easy to enjoy coming to work.
Cons
One of the biggest challenges is the frequent structural readjustments. Downsizing happens often, which can create uncertainty for employees.

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
Cons
Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

Pros
Great people
Strong client base
Cons
- Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house.
- Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals
- Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
