Pros
I am in a position in which I assist customers with questions about or problems with bank core processing. I love the challenge and the interaction with customers.
Cons
Management is unable to provide much in the way of resources. There is often way too much work for the number of employees available. If a customer does not get an answer in a timely manner, it is your fault and management refuses to acknowledge that there is not enough staff to handle the questions and issues.
