      Pros

      good performance gets you a 3% raise yearly

      Cons

      Worked here for years and they laid me off in a teams meeting without any notice. FIS is doing mass layoffs this month to make room for H-1B workers while laying off USA staff. I was training my replacement for a few weeks before getting laid off. Surprised a company with over 10k employees can't even give a day notice. How has FIS not violated the WARN act yet?

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
