Pros
When I was at FIS, the job security seemed quite good as expected of such a large fintech. The team I joined was fairly new in 2020 so was interesting working with an almost entirely brand new team.
Cons
Slow work environment since its a large Fintech which could also be a positive for some people. A lot of steps to get stuff deployed and a lot of red tape.
