Pros

1. No much time limits.

Cons

1. HR will lie about anything just to hire you if they are not able to find the resource. So, better to take all the commitments they are making to you on paper. 2. Senior management will only show their arrogance and ego to you if you will talk about your concerns. They will expect a sense of maturity from you against the lies they will make to you before hiring. 3. Managers are also not good, they will play politics with you to bring your concerns in front of higher management so that they can shout on you together and everyone will enjoy this. 4. Hiring HR and manager completely deny to the commitments they made to you earlier. 5. To get your own benefits you will have to fight a lot like if you are working on weekends regularly you will get nothing more than other, Company will commit a cab, allowances and many other things to you before hiring but later on they will only inform you about the policies why you can not get this and will help you with nothing.

Pros

Nine years of complex engineering challenges and professional growth. Strong camaraderie with talented colleagues across various engineering teams. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and scalable infrastructure. Gained significant experience in complex system architecture and troubleshooting.

Cons

Abrupt end to a nine-year tenure without adequate transition or transparency. Heavy reliance on an aging, legacy tech stack that hinders innovation. Contradictory AI strategy: leadership mandates aggressive adoption while refusing to fund the necessary compute and tools for teams to actually implement it. Extreme short-term focus on EPS maximization at the direct expense of long-term stability and product health.
