Pros
Management in my department is good. They do their best to accommodate employees and try to make FIS a reasonable place to work
Cons
For years - there have been no employee bonuses, cut backs in benefits - promotion freezes, pay freezes. What raises that have occurred have been very small. Management keeps telling the work force about how great the company is doing and how it is all because of the employees. The employees get nothing, while senior management gets millions of dollars in compensation.
