Pros
My manager is decent, very professional, purely because he is a lateral hire from a reputed firm like me. Timings are flexible. People are without work for a year or more but still no iteration or job insecurity.
Cons
1) Building facilities are shared with BPO and therefore the standards are typical BPO standards. Security is rude, needlessly strict, food is pathetic and there is no way you can improve it because, like i said, BPO doesnt mind it since its cheap. 2) Security, as i said before, is needlessly strict. They treat everyone as BPO people, no edibles allowed in workbay, no coffee and tea. Coffee machine is obsolete, just like the security and technology. 3) Technology, there cant be anything worse than working on age old technologies and managers demanding more despite that. Hardly any options in Gurgaon as it is, so if youre looking to join this company then let me warn you, think 3 times. Gurgaon is almost all BPO and if youre stuck here youre stuck for a while.
