Pros
The people I worked with were wonderful, knowledgeable, and hard working. My manager and his manager were great to work for and full of encouragement.
Cons
Employees are treated as a unfortunate necessity to be discarded if possible. No raises, or bonuses, even though management repeatedly states how well the company is doing. Benefits are substandard. No reimbursement for oncall expenses. Layoffs are random
