Business Outlook
Pros
Management cares. They have a continuous improvement attitude which makes them open to ideas and suggestions to make the workplace better. They don't always get it right but they try and they genuinely care, that's all I can ask.
Cons
It's a big company to wrap your head around. Be prepared to work, it's a challenging environment but if you allow it to be it will make you better at your job, which isn't really a con at all.
