Pros
I've worked in different parts of the company and have different opinions about each... Overall, the company is well regarded and respected globally. The salary and benefits are good in certain areas like US/Canada but a average in other areas like Europe. Work-life balance is good everywhere, and advancement opportunities exist, especially if you're prepared to travel year round.
Cons
My main complaint is mainly around some members of management who grew through the ranks over time rather than skill, and feel that everyone else should follow the same path. This mentally was more apparent outside of North America, where people tended to be a bit less open minded.
