      Good work life balance. PTO is good.

      Cons

      If you're in a high visible project then it's fine else chances of being laid off is high. Too big a company...too many acquisitions.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
