Pros

It's easy to stay anonymous in a company of 60,000 people. The CEO is a great guy. FIS corporate is not bad, but the individual business units, which comprise 90+% of employees are a bad joke of a company.

Cons

FIS is a holding company for software firms that they buy. The good people that were at these companies leave, and you're left with the last picks, which quickly assume management roles. They, in turn, lie about the future to employees to keep them brainwashed into staying, and lie to you during the interview process about your role.

Though we are disappointed to hear about your experience thus far, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Any time we have an acquisition, we carefully and thoughtfully integrate new employees into FIS, which can take some time. This includes migrating systems, benefits, etc. to account for the combined workforce. Programs and benefits are reviewed often and designed for a workforce 53,000 strong. We also encourage all our employees to contact their People Partner, if inadequate support from management is a concern. As part of our world-class organization, we like to ensure that every employee feels comfortable under the direction of their leader and is supported in their daily work.

Cons

No bonus, variable yearly increases are very small, work life balance for managers and up are actually bad
