      - Need to have a degree in politics to work with the management -No visibility on career growth -No technical learning- company still works on very old technology - Only thing that helps you grow here is politics

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
