To address your comment on salaries, FIS has a formal pay review process each year. The increase an employee may receive through this process considers several things – including evaluation of the employee’s performance, their existing pay compared to the range for their role and the company’s budget for increases. In terms of benefits, we’ve made several investments in recent years as we focus on employee wellbeing and increasing consumerism. These changes include a new parental leave policy, and other competitive health benefit packages.
