To address your feedback, with more than 50,000 employee, it can be difficult to ensure that no employee feels siloed. That’s why we have tools such as Yammer, an internal social media tool, to give employees a platform to collaborate and communicate globally. Yammer also exposes employees to other business units and regions. We also know from the results of last year’s People Survey that our transparency and communication need improvement. We’re working with our leaders to ensure this is addressed so that employees stay well-informed and we will re-survey in May to assess this area again. We are also developing a Manager Excellence curriculum including communications as a skill to expand our efforts in addressing communications.
