7yThank you for your candid feedback. Fostering and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce is critical to FIS’ continued success. FIS is committed to the philosophy that all of our employees are entitled equal employment opportunities, including promotions and career development to managerial roles, without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. We regularly review our diversity demographics for both promotions and managerial appointments. We use this information to inform and further refine our inclusion and diversity strategy and efforts. We encourage employees to report any discriminatory actions to The People Office.
In terms of salary, we have a formal pay review process each year. The increase an employee may receive through this process considers several things – including evaluation of the employee’s performance, their existing pay compared to the range for their role and the company’s budget for increases.
Lastly, we are committed to making sure our employees’ voices are heard which is why we deploy an annual People Survey as a tool for employees to address their concerns. Managers at all levels can view comments and results left by their team so they are aware of improvements needed.
