Pros
FIS (Collegeville) allowed me to work remotely for a number of years. They strive to make the office a great place to work with excellent cafeteria services and other employee events.
Cons
Most of their software development is off-shored to India, making job security especially uncomfortable. We were acquired by FIS seemingly to eliminate a competitor who was in the software business to produce applications for end-customers. At least in our market, FIS' business model seems to be oriented to using their own software applications to process the business themselves as opposed to selling that software to customers.
