      Competitive salary and fairly flexible.

      Cons

      Some groups really have no structure for day to day duties. All or nothing atmosphere. Super tight budgets when it comes to updating server and network hardware.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
