      Flexibility can work from home when you really need to

      small group 20 people, required to do more than your title. Hardly any raises 0 bonuses. No growth with in the team.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
