Large company that is growing, albeit mostly by buying companies. Your experience will vary by the division you work in like most places. My experience has been my direct management is supportive or tries to be.
Cons
Large company, so you're a faceless number. HR is non-existent except to protect the company. Growth by buying companies means divisions put together of multiple former companies. Tends to result in disorganization and politics. In the division I'm in, staffing has been cut too thin in key areas. Going through change to all using scaled agile framework. The division I'm in should have fixed some structural and lack of staffing issues first. But company mandate is must do it by a certain time. So it has been needlessly messy.
