      * People are friendly * Easy WFH.

      Cons

      * Worst Pay, not good health insurance. * No work life balance. As there are not much people in every team, all the resources are stretched working extra hours to communicate and get work done from resources sitting in different time zones. * No proper visibility of what is going on, what the direction for the team/business unit is. * No Bonus

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      Remote, some room for promotion if you are driven and reliable enough

      Cons

      No bonus, variable yearly increases are very small, work life balance for managers and up are actually bad
