Pros
- PTO - Decent benefits - Nice co-workers, except for some incredibly arrogant and entitled ones based in the UK of which there are more than a few. News Flash: You're nowhere nearly as good, needed, or important as you've concocted you are in your own heads.
Cons
- Zero room for growth - hardly anyone ever gets promoted - Bonuses killed, no matter how much you contributed to bottom line - New 1-3 performance rating system implemented where 99.5% of employees all now get rated as "average", meaning miniscule to non-existent raises. Just a great moral booster and really motivates employees to go above and beyond knowing that no matter what you do, or how well you do it, you're not going to get anything in return. The result? A race to the middle (and mediocrity) and doing "just enough."
