      Pros

      Company has decent benefits and culture.

      Cons

      Very heavy workload put on employees who exceed/go above and beyond while low performers are expected to just give as much as they can contribute but still collect paychecks. There are quarterly recognition programs but hard working employees are not submitted for the reward while employees who complain and push back on taking on extra tasks are rewarded.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
