Company with good salary but worst management and full of politics - Senior Software Test Engineer FIS Employee Review

Worst Management as they won't listen to your problems and work like orthodox. They don't want you to waste time in any other activity except work. Many times you will feel like senior level employee is trying to harass you and when you ask for team change, nobody is going to help and you are not left with any option other than resignation. High level of politics with low level of work, no growth if you want to learn something new. No option for abroad movement even if you have work visa and want to move there.
