Pros
Opportunity to learn new things and there is always something new happening. Good job security and for the most part it has some nice advantages. In the market we are in, they are usually still hiring and although a very large company they are still growing. Pretty good benefits, 401k matching, and stock purchase program.
Cons
When FIS purchased Metavante it made the whole landscape change. The company has become extremely corporate and everyone seems very uptight. Being in the business we are in it is understandable that we need to be on top of our game, but that is why they should be hiring the right people and not punishing everyone for the mistakes of some. It's still a job, so you can't expect the world.
