They get you in with a good story but once you get there, they overload you with other duties as assigned. You end up working a job you were never hired for and they change it often. The high attrition is not because of the job, it is because of the management. The work is interesting and challenging. There are no metrics or accountability so they can make a persons life miserable until they quit. No one ever finds out what happens so the manager is left to do it all over again.
