Pros
Not many, some of the people are great but you can find that anywhere.
Cons
Terrible pay, terrible benefits, terrible retaliation, terrible compliance policies/practices, terrible leadership, terrible HR structure, terrible knowledge base, terrible training, terrible governance. They have allowed countless experts, across their Lines of Business to be poached by their largest competitors. Our clients and peers have lost all respect for FIS... At this point I don't see how we can regain their trust.
