If you’re desperate, you’ll apply

Cons

Everything. Their call center is unorganized and underpaid. You’ll be hired for one dept and trained to work in 4 more. They bounce you around with no warning or care. They didn’t even give us a raise this year. The benefits suck and you will never get your tuition reimbursement approved. The raise that they were giving would be 30 cent max. Oh yeah, very little room for growth. Only lateral moves from what i see. They stopped promoting from within.

Pros

Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and scalable infrastructure. Gained significant experience in complex system architecture and troubleshooting.

Cons

Abrupt end to a nine-year tenure without adequate transition or transparency. Heavy reliance on an aging, legacy tech stack that hinders innovation. Contradictory AI strategy: leadership mandates aggressive adoption while refusing to fund the necessary compute and tools for teams to actually implement it. Extreme short-term focus on EPS maximization at the direct expense of long-term stability and product health.
