      Pros

      My department has great management team and top quality people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay structure is uneven since the merger; many issues with compensation being too low for many in comparison with other similar opportunities. Feels like they value the bottom line rather than what the employees bring to the table.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      Great people Strong client base

      Cons

      - Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house. - Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals - Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
