Took very successful people and moved them to jobs where there was no background, training, and tools. -compensation packages have continued to not be beneficial. . -people that continue to be in management are sub par and demoted others that were successful. -people are chess pieces moved around and put in new positions that are terrible. Have lost lots of quality people. - made successful sales teams into cold calling positions.
