      Pros

      Remote work option is available (based on your role). Insurance options are inclusive. Stock options are available. Varied employment opportunities available.

      Cons

      Tenured employee salaries not keeping pace with market value in all business pillars. Remote work options are not set in stone and could be rescinded with management change. Staffing levels are not being adjusted fast enough to keep pace with work volume in some departments. No bonus program or performance awards outside the yearly merit process.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
