      Pros

      They allowed work from home. Perfect for someone looking for a short term job

      Cons

      -not a stable enviromnet with lots & lots of turnover -They will onboard a new company and within couple years(after onboarding is complete) those employees who onboarded from that company will train people from India & Poland only to be let go after the training , due to "job got eliminated" . -Unless from Columbus, OH or Jacksonville, FLA you are not in a good spot here at FIS at least for United States workers. -no accountability from Management whatsoever and serious disconnect with employees. -Wondering everyday if your next to be let go

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
