Pros

Pros- I receive a paycheck every two weeks. As of now that’s the only positive.

Cons

Management team are bullies and show clear favoritism. Can’t complain to HR because even though retaliation is “prohibited”, HR always finds a way to find fault with employees and they absolutely are retaliated against for complaining. Corporate is completely out of touch with the employees- We receive periodic “journal” style emails in attempt for us to get to know them better. Sounds like a great idea but while they’re sharing stories about spending their vacation in Hawaii with family, we are literally using our lunch breaks to go to the foodbank because we are not paid enough to afford a decent cost of living. They schedule “mental health” time and all these other uplifting themed activities that clearly only applies to corporate workers because I have yet to meet an hourly employee at any location who is able to participate. The good workers get the burden of picking up all the slack for the not so good workers. The not so good workers get to come in, be lazy and go home 8 hours later. Meanwhile the good workers are made to work 12 hours a day and 6 day work weeks. They send out these “anonymous” surveys to get out opinions on the company. “Anonymous” is followed by the disclaimer that select people are able to see who is responding to surveys. Also management basically threatens the associates to only say good things. So it’s really rare for anybody to actually say how they feel. If any of the centers get bad ratings, the managers get mad and start treating everyone horrible. It’s very unprofessional and I have sat in my car and cried numerous day at the end of my shift. The company is so focused on client satisfaction that they fail to take into account the employees who are busting their butts to make sure the clients ARE satisfied. The CEO seems very out of touch and not at all relatable.

Pros

Nine years of complex engineering challenges and professional growth. Strong camaraderie with talented colleagues across various engineering teams. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and scalable infrastructure. Gained significant experience in complex system architecture and troubleshooting.

Cons

Abrupt end to a nine-year tenure without adequate transition or transparency. Heavy reliance on an aging, legacy tech stack that hinders innovation. Contradictory AI strategy: leadership mandates aggressive adoption while refusing to fund the necessary compute and tools for teams to actually implement it. Extreme short-term focus on EPS maximization at the direct expense of long-term stability and product health.
