Pros

- Good work. - Flexible timings - Work from home - Very nice client counterparts

Cons

- Salary and benefits (poorest). If they could, they would ask you to bring computer from home, and pay fees for breathing in the office. - Recruitment team - they bargain like a "Contractor" does with labour. False promises, unprofessional behavior. - Pathetic support functions. If you are not a SPM or Delivery manager, get ready for bad unprofessional behavior that will get on to your nerves. You will feel that donkeys have been hired in support. I am talking about Admin(1st), HR (2nd), Finance (3rd). - High level of politics - you can grow tremendously if you are smart enough to settle down with your management line, do personal favors, be a newspaper for internal happenings on the floor, drink alcohol etc. Only personal relations work - No transparency from the management in any decisions - No HR support. HR is literally not present, and an idiot.

Pros

Great people Strong client base

Cons

- Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house. - Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals - Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
