      Pros

      Flexibility, Telecommuting, Work Life balance. Pay is decent for the area (depending on what department you work in), but still lags behind the industry.

      Cons

      The 401k company match is now once per year, not every paycheck as it used to be. The ESPP employer match has gone down 30% in the last few years. Be prepared for blind-side layoffs (especially if you're approaching 60 years of age), Minimal raises. Benefits are dwindling each year.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
