      Pros

      They don’t train new team members so you can sit around for months while one or two vets do all the work and don’t teach you how to do any of it.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen at least once a year but usually twice a year.

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
