Pros

they were very focus on safety, which is really good because at my last company they didn't care if we got hurt. Also, they started to focus us on being trained, I was a “”Jogger” and then got moved up to Rolltender and help the Pressmen. It was a lot of hard work, but we were trained in doing it the right way because the customers would complain if the color was off, or if the was off the register. I also got trained on how to drive a forklift, and would have liked to work in the Shipping warehouse but they were never hiring. I would come back if I ever had to. I met lots of people who turned out to be like family. I will miss my crew!

Cons

The pay was not that good, unless you worked weekends and stayed overtime. Also, in the summer the warehouse is very hot, so keep in mind that you will be sweating a lot because the Presses have ovens in it. They cared about us, they would always give us cold drinks, and fruit and check up on us. the Custodians would bring out the fans too. I think the company should invest in Air Conditioners, not just cheap floor fans!!! Also, the pay should be better.

Pros

I don't have anything to say

Cons

There is a concerning trend in the behavior of upper management. There seems to be a lack of accountability at the leadership level, which often trickles down to the rest of the team. When mistakes are made, rather than focusing on solutions or supporting employees through the learning process, management is quick to assign blame, issue write-ups, and sometimes even terminate employees without clear reasoning. This creates an environment of fear and instability, and leads to a high employee turnover rate. Everyone makes mistakes, but a more constructive approach to handling them could foster growth and a healthier work culture. It's disappointing to see such high turnover, and I believe the company could benefit greatly from more professional, accountable leadership."
